Terrible terrible organization. Made a mistake and paid online not realizing the location of the field. Called and emailed within 30 minutes to cancel the transaction. They refused to respond and now that I have filed a complaint with better business bureau of Canada they finally replied to my email after a month saying that I am too late to request a refund because I paid for membership after the deadline for refund. Any respectful organization will understand that consumers do make mistake when purchasing or paying for services online, and if they come to realize their mistake within a reasonable time they are entitled to a refund. In my case less than 30 minutes is very reasonable. Be aware they only want your money and don’t care what it takes to get it. I will proceed with my complaint, all I hope for other parents not to fall into their trap. It really is a shame that an organizations that is suppose to instil sportsmanship and leadership into our children is behaving exactly opposite.

Have 2 kids register and they are scheduled to play on two completely different fields. If you have two or more kids dont expect them to accommodate you and have the kids playing on the same field. My kids are playing twice a week and both different fields every game. And of course refund is not offered after April 31st. Worst mistake registering my kids in this league.

Both my sons have been with this club for almost 5 years. The coaching is absolutely amazing. Both my children have progressed immensely in their skills and also their overall ability to compete competitively. I would highly recommend this soccer club.

First time to be a part of rep soccer. My son loves it, and has come a long way with playing the game, learning a more intelligent way of playing, and also growing as a person with it. Very helpful organization, and always quick with a response when you have any questions. Despite the times we live in right now, this has been the one outlet for my son, and this has been saviour for us.

Our two sons have been a part of KNSC for 6 and 8 years respectively. From the first day we joined it was made clear that the goals would include developing their soccer skills (playing the right way) and creating a family atmosphere. The club delivered on both counts. Our current technical director has created a culture of transparency and every family feels comfortable to bring their concerns and questions to the club. The day will come when our boys will go off in different directions, and that will be a sad day. We will, however, walk away with great memories and many, many friends.

This past year due to the pandemic and strict rules I thought soccer may have been cancelled. Once things opened up in the summer and my children returned to soccer I saw a great improvement in their mental state and mood. I was sad to see the summer session end, especially since we did not know what the winter had in store for us. As well, usually once the summer season has come to a close, we wait for a few months for the indoor winter season to commence. But this year was different, as the club offered a fall program as well. I was excited to enroll my children into the fall program so that they could continue enjoying soccer outdoors, exercising, and keep their spirits up. The club did an excellent job running their program. A strict policy was followed; only players and coaches were allowed on the field. Parents were not permitted on the field and only 1 parent was to accompany the player to the field. Upon drop off the players were checked in by a staff member, had their temperature scanned and hands sanitized. Each player was provided their own kit, a very nice quality ball, and even their own pinnie. At the field groups were kept small, and each had multiple coaches to assist with the training. Many children enjoying semi-private training for a great low cost. All children received great training from qualified coaches and students via games and activities gear towards their age group and level of play. It was great to see the kids (especially mine) smiling and enjoying themselves, especially during these unprecedented times. I feel the club did an excellent job, providing the children quality soccer training all while following strict protocols & guidelines imposed by Health Canada & Ontario soccer. Also each and every session was supervised by our Clubs technical Director and Club Administrator, their commitment and passion towards the game is excellent.

If there was a 0 star option, I would have given it to this club. Worst soccer club ever. The club only cared about their money and refused to assist the customers. My son registered to play soccer and the deadline to get a refund was April, but we missed the deadline because we truly thought the pandemic would be over by summer 2020, but it didn’t. We truly wanted to let my son go out on the field. However the pandemic didn’t stop and nobody knew how long it would last. I tried to contact the manager shortly after the due date hoping they would give a refund due to the unforeseen circumstance. After talking back and forth, the manager refused to give the refund back. Almost $400 is still in their pocket and my son won’t be able to go due to the on going pandemic and we have already moved to a different city. The club should have just given us the refund back last year when we reached out to them. It’s been over a year and clearly, Covid is still around. If there is a soccer club I don’t recommend, NKSC is the one. It’s all about money to them. The general manager was not helpful and had a rude attitude. Other clubs that my friends’ kids went to, they refunded the money to them…Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually care about their service and the quality of their soccer programs.
