All staff are professional, friendly, and generous with their time when we have questions. Ken especially has spent a great deal of time helping us understand the ins and outs of multiple property ownership, offering relevant personal tax advice and more. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at KLCA really do provide a great experience, and provide service you would expect/want from an accounting firm.
After working with another firm over the last few years, we never felt that we were getting thorough service. It always felt like they weren’t asking for enough info, and often would not answer our follow up questions.
The experience with KLCA was night and day!
They kept us on track, let us know exactly what to get together for our situation, they were friendly, responsive, and even provided a great summary after submitting our returns.

Ken helped me navigate an audit in 2013, has given me advice on a wide range of issues related to rental properties, taxation on CCPC shares and foreign shares. Ken genuinely wants to help his clients and is clearly an expert in his field.
I would highly recommend KLCA to any individuals or businesses looking for a new accounting firm to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience working with Ken and Jenny. Ken spoke to me over the phone initially and provided incredible insight on my family's tax return, tips too for the future. When I finally got around to submitting the paperwork to the firm, Jenny reached out to me on a Friday night a couple days after later with some questions which told me she was working while I was out enjoying life.
My email and voice communications with Jenny were efficient and precise, she really helped us get the most out of our return and figure some complicated issues out. She sorted everything out very quickly and we were emailed our tax return...such a simple and easy process.
I highly recommend Ken and his firm to those in need of an accountant. I will be working with them moving forward. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding Experience - I resourced KLCA to support tax filing for me and my family. We had multiple years and multiple people; in addition there was the added complication of my child attending school and working in the United States.
Jenny at KLCA was simply amazing. She was accessible and was clearly a very experienced professional - it’s only through her guidance and follow up that I was able to ensure that I maximized all opportunities from a tax perspective as well as get everything filed in a timely manner. If I could give more than five stars I would. In the past I used another firm in Mississauga and I didn’t realize how poor the service was until I switched.
Location, Service, Expertise and Pricing are all on point at KLCA. They are the new accounting firm for me and my family !

I dealt mainly with Ricky who was really helpful from the get-go, even during my original call when I was in the process of selecting the right accountant for my needs. He provided enough information and detail for me to get comfortable without being pushy or asking to book a consultation meeting at a cost like some other firms I came across. Once he got started on my taxes, the interaction and communication was great, efficient and honest. His experience shone through the advice and suggestions he made, as well as questions he asked. One thing I wanted to ensure by having a professional accountant (I used to do my own taxes for years) was that as my taxes got a bit more complex, I wouldn't have to worry about forgetting to claim something or missing something and just not making mistakes. I feel confident that I got great advice and optimized my tax return. The work was also done very quickly and efficiently. My other interactions at KLCA with Jenny and the reception desk were consistent with the high level of care and customer service.
