★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiwi Productions helped Edmonton International Airport host our 2020 annual public meeting. They were professional and highly knowledgeable and really supported our team. I did not worry about any technical glitches because i knew they would fix everything in advance! They were very collaborative throughout the whole process. I am thankful for their partnership and would highly recommend them for any sort of event - large or small. I look forward to working Kiwi productions in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had a chance to work with Bryce and KiwiProductions for the last few years. He has always been professional and flexible to the needs of our organization. We have done everything from live events to this year’s virtual event and in each case, he has been able to execute an outstanding presentation that has left our students and parents extremely satisfied. With this year being so unique, Bryce offered up the options of pre recording and using the Kiwi studios for segments and created a seamless recording of the event that was so well received by all.
It has always been easy to work with Bryce as he provides professional and thoughtful suggestions to make any project the best it can be. He works with us and accommodates requests willingly and always goes the extra mile. We have been impressed with the depth of technical expertise and experience that he brings and appreciate his careful attention to detail and timelines. His willingness to work with clients is equally as important as the technical expertise that he brings to any project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiwi Productions did a great job with our 2020 District Conference, Vision 2020, held online on September 12th.
They looked after all aspects of the event, with the creation of the website, helped with registration, promotion, set up Project Fair booths, etc.
They coordinated the speakers, who were mostly live, from different areas of the world, the streaming of the event, audio, and more, all from their A/V studio in Edmonton.
A family run business who put in extra effort for their clients, I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the need for our festival to move online, Bryce was quick to answer the call on very short notice. Kiwi Productions edited and packaged clips of archival Folk Festival footage swiftly and professionally, meeting every deadline set forth. Bryce was a pleasure to communicate with over the phone, and took the time to through talk through our projects and timelines answering any questions we had.
On the videography side, our 2019 footage was captured by Bryce's company, and reflected a high standard of direction and visual quality.
Would happily recommend Kiwi Productions to other arts based organizations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Bryce and Kiwi Productions to put on a virtual youth conference for us, including website, livestream, and video production. With only a six-week timeframe, we had a very tight turnaround, but Bryce was always very responsive and worked around the clock to ensure our event was the best it could be.
For the event’s website, we provided the design elements and Bryce put it all together beautifully, walking our team through the site in the early stages and implementing our feedback in a timely manner.
Unlike the usual conferences, our virtual conference was more like a live news broadcast, using a mix of live and pre-recorded videos. Bryce and Perdita were very professional and accommodating with any last-minute changes and additions to our broadcast.
Although we had technical difficulties with the registration process, Kiwi Productions was quick to think of an alternative solution so our registrants could successfully access the conference.
One suggestion to improve our overall experience would have been a rehearsal of the broadcast several days before the event to ensure flawless execution.
Overall, our team is extremely pleased with our experience with Bryce and the team at Kiwi Productions from conception to execution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the pandemic our organization (Alberta Union of Provincial Employees) had to pivot all of our 2021 AGMs to be fully virtual and online. AUPE organizes its 95,000 members into 384 chapters and 33 locals which are spread out across the province. Our AGMs require consistency with it’s secure voting, reporting, and meeting structure. Kiwi Productions Virtual event platform was able to provide secure member authentication along with form submissions, file sharing and Virtual meeting hosting. Due to the complexity of our nomination and election process Kiwi Productions customized its voting system to allow for ballots to be created in real time as members were nominated for positions and added to voting ballots. In addition the entire voting process was able to be audited and results were given in precise reports for our records. A meeting host was also provided for each meeting and the platform offered a scheduling and booking platform to keep the project organized and on time. The bulk of our project was required to be completed in a short amount of time and required 6 meetings per day 6 days a week which Kiwi Productions was able to accommodate. The Kiwi Team also provided IT and troubleshooting support both through email and phone to our members to ensure no one was missed. This was a massive project that required a significant level of communication, organization, and collaboration between our IT, 3rd party providers and executive members on an ongoing basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Bryce and his team at Kiwi Productions to produce our 2020 online conference. Bryce provided hosting website and design, pre-tapes of over 50 speakers/moderators, post production services, and live support during the conference. While we had originally wanted to do our conference in person, COVID made that impossible. Going online with Kiwi offered us a great alternative. From the feedback we received from delegates, they were impressed by both the quality and professional look and feel of the conference. We are hoping to work with Kiwi again in the near future.

From pre-production planning to on-the-fly adjustments, Bryce is quick to help out, provide guidance and get the job done well. He’s a talented professional that’s able to work with all levels of seniority and creates a safe, welcoming space for our presenters to perform their best. His studio is a very convenient, specialized space for all types of production that is well maintained and clean – we felt comfortable working there during the pandemic.
