★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner has to be the nicest guy in this business!! Tony sure as hell knows his stuff and has the best prices, whether it be for instruments, amps or any other accessories you need. He is always more than happy to help with anything and you won't find such a warm welcome anywhere else. My parents have been going there since they were young adults and I'm so glad they brought me there when I decided to start playing too. #supportsmallbusiness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best vintage guitar shop in Montreal. Both new and used stuff at fair prices. Shop owner was very nice. I have to pay a visit to it every time im in town to see whats new and cool. Its a little out of the way but worth the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man must say Kitts Music was one of the best guitar and bass setups I've ever had. The Gibson was due for a serious clean, he scrubbed the hell out of the rosewood fretboard and dropped the action. Fixed the potts and took care of a dead pick-up. This puppy now fires out the silky smooth tones I have come to love from the Studio Series. Fender P-Bass was an entirely different story, needed a neck adjustment, and it had been buzzin on the top key like a queen bee in heat. Fixed all that up and gave it a proper lay down shine. The thing sounds like a brand new bass with a voluptuous bottom. Reasonable price and great service. Would recommend 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable service and prices. This place is a landmark in the east end. I get all my services and tune ups done at Kitts and I am always super happy with the result. Just really nice people that are happy to give advice and help you out. Also best prices on guitar strings!! It’s nice to see a place that genuinely likes to serve their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an audio adapter for my piano. The guy working there told me they unfortunately do not sell such product, but he could give me one he uses for personal purposes for free which he had inside the shop storage! Very grateful. Nice Customer service.
