★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 2 sensors go in my 2017 Escape. While supply chain problems meant I had to wait to have them replaced, the vehicle has run well since the repair. That day, I had another appointment at 3, and was assured the work would be done in time...and it was!
I was also grateful for the Uber Ford provided for me (free of charge!), both to get home after dropping off my Escape, and again to pick me up once the repairs were done?
Staff at Kitchener Ford were thoughtful and professional, and I will definitely return there should my Escape require service in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vehicle that matched my needs was at a dealer in Wawa. Transportation to Kitchener was not handled with adequate communication.
Once the vehicle arrived everything else was fine. The salesman was very helpful and the paperwork was clear, correct, and complete.
My Ford Transit Connect is a fine vehicle, and it suits our needs and expectations very well. Thoughtful in design and well built.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've contacted Kitchener Ford Service department about four times now- so I've given them a fair shot. Service almost never picks up the phone first off. Second of all, when I finally get a hold of some I've been told twice they don't know the cost, and someone will call me or message me back with an answer. This is fine, except the only issue is they never call or message me back with a number. I gave them an entire week to call or message back both times, by the way. Great way to bring in revenue guys! I try to keep to the local dealerships, but obviously it's not possible.

I was looking for that customer satisfaction feel.
Right from sales down to the service department experience the dealership did not let me down.
It has renewed my faith in dealing with the dealership opposed to other service options.
Great experience.

No matter what the situation is, Sara is efficient knowledgeable and always gets the job done properly. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends to visit Ford Kitchener because of Sarah’s excellent service:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service at Kitchener Ford, Adam in sales was great at answering all of my questions and helping me order my new vehicle! Connor in sales was also great at helping with specifics. From the test drive to picking up my new car Kitchener ford was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Victor in the financing department was very thorough and polite! Highly recommend Kitchener Ford!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car in for service at Kitchener Ford. Sarah was amazing and very helpful the whole time! The main concern was I set my times on the form as 11am but they called me earlier during class times, and they never called me until near closing time to let me know my vehicle would be at Ford for another day, when the diagnosis and time estimate may've been done earlier and I could have been notified then. I was given an estimate of 30 minutes for my car to be fixed, but they ended up charging me for 1.5 hours.
Overall, Sarah who took care of my service was amazing! But everything else could have been better.

They are the perfect duo to help you get your own car with less hassle and a smooth sailing process. As a new immigrant, we thought it would be very difficult for us to get a car but they made it doable and achievable.
