P	Paula Bonilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst call/ customer service. I called to book an appointment a week ago and had to call myself a week after to ask for an appointment. I was told my condition and symptoms were not good enough to get an appointment sooner than 2 and a half weeks from now. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and talked down to me. She was not a problem solver whatsoever, did not offer me any alternatives to seek care or perhaps see a different practitioner besides "going to an urgent clinic if my situation was so urgent". All I was asking for was an annual physical mainly to get a blood requisition form for my anemia, something I could even get from a simple phone call. I felt so disrespected and not welcomed. Makes me want to look for another place where something like this never happens as it's something my mom has even experienced at this place.

I asked my nurse practitioner if she could refer me to a surgeon as I badly needed and still need surgery on my leg and toes and you have to tell the nurse assistants usually to get the message to the physician. Well my Dr called and left a message when I missed the call. I accidently deleted it and so when I called back, the one nurse there who I recognized from her voice was extremely unprofessional and rude when I asked how can I find out what my doctor had said she talked down to me and told me don't miss the call and delete the message and that she couldn't help me. The nerve ! Due to her being so rude I stopped being a patient here and still am suffering because of the surgeries I never got thanks to her rudeness that prevented me from trying to follow up again. Beyond selfish and beyond unethical.

I booked an appointment over the phone and I knew the date and time but I called one day ahead to double check if its the right date and time and they confirmed it was but when I went to my appointment, they told me my appointment was 1.5 hours ago. i waited 3 weeks to get my appointment and this is how they mess it up. I had my wife sitting right beside me when they confirmed the time. This happened before to my wife too and a lot of times the doctors or nurses themselves call in sick a lot resulting in us changing our appointment. I suggest you stay away from here.
