The rooms at Kinmount House are tasteful, refreshing and affordable, you can't go wrong. Breakfast was country sized and delicious. And kind hearted Patrick packed us a tasty lunch and sent us on our days journey. Kinmount House in small town Kinmount is a sublime, calming escape close to big town amenities. Don't wait! Come by and Enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unique B&B, clean tidy and well located. The breakfast was superb, beautifully prepared by Patrick the owner. We stayed here during our bikepacking trip. Patrick, is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. We highly recommend this place. Call in advance to guarantee your room. Patrick, keep up the good service, we will definitely come back ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You won't find a nicer Bed & Breakfast run by a kinder, more wonderful man anywhere in the world than Kinmount House. Our car broke down at 10PM on Victoria Day in nearby Norland and, complete strangers as we were, Patrick actually drove out to rescue us. He not only saved the day but turned what could've been a miserable experience for us into a lovely vacation as we had the pleasure of exploring scenic Kinmount for two days while waiting for our car to be fixed. Beautiful house, clean, comfortable beds, and wonderful breakfasts in charming company. We'll certainly be staying there again.

A splendid house with comfortable beds, well appointed rooms, plenty of privacy with your choice of large, modern shower or antique, claw footed bath, and as if all that weren't enough you get an extravagant breakfast made fresh just for you in the morning. The host is a charming man who can direct you to hiking trails and any other local attractions. Stay here if you possibly can!
