★ ★ ★ ★ ★ walked out after sitting in the ER over 4 hours in the middle of the night with a 3rd degree burn on hand, arm and face in so much pain and didn’t get looked at not even by a nurse, I hope my family friends or myself never ever have to come back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, awful, care. Will not communicate with family. Shove your family off. Threaten to call security if you talk back, but they can treat you awful and they get nothing even when you go to the patience advocacy. They are useless too. They are not there for the patient and there family. Send people home when they shouldn't. What are we paying for. Abuse neglect. And they are to be treated special cuz they're frontline workers.. awwwful when it's people's health and lives. No I have no Patience for them. Don't be in the field of you don't care . You are not god. God wouldn't treat anyone like they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have severe burns from deep fryer to side of my face and whole forearm. Sat in emerge for 4 hours and just walked out. Do not ever come here if you need medical attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and RTs at KGH for the attentive care we received in emergency this weekend. We were visiting my family in Kingston when my 8 yr old daughter experienced a severe asthma attack in the middle of the night. My daughter was treated with priority, warmth and transparency— which I know is hard in these overworked/ under staffed times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time is just insame. The ER nurse does not assets anyone properly and clearly this hospital is under staff for the amount of people they needs to serve.
Very unorganized at the ER! If you do not remember who was there before you than you may loose your spot.
Thanks Justin and Ford for not investing in increasing hospital capacity which is actually the number one issue with all hospitals in canada!
