★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karen is a horrible driving instructor and deserves to have her license revoked. She takes personal phone calls during the sessions and doesn’t teach properly. She harasses her students and she refuses to give refunds. This woman should not have a license.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just graduated from the Kingston Driving program and it was a great experience. My instructor made sure I was going to pass because I got extra time before I went for my test. I never been able to parallel park before I took this test and ow I can because of my instructor. I totally recommend this driving school for all of my loved ones???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started taking lessons with Karen right before the lockdown near the end of 2020 and when I started taking them again this summer I was terrified that I’d lost everything, but Karen has always been extremely patient with my anxiety, and has a really calming presence that helps to calm me down as well. I just passed my G2 road test on my first try and can’t quite believe how well it went. This driving school helped me so much, and Karen is a fantastic instructor for new drivers. If you’re scared, she will help you gain confidence behind the wheel and also give some tricks that make parallel parking and reverse parking easier to remember. It was money well spent for sure, and I definitely plan to book with her again next year before my G test!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE experience with Kingston driving academy. Instructor was very rude and judgemental during the lesson even though she did not provide instruction and spent the entirety of the lesson on the phone with other clients or eating a snack. Karen was very UNPROFESSIONAL and did not follow the scheduled lesson time. Her car is a mess and she charges an hour lesson however, lessons are only about 40 minutes and then she makes you drive to pick up her next student who takes the wheel and drives you home during your allocated time. Very inconsiderate of your time and money and REFUSES to give a refund for the remaining lessons. Positive reviews must be fake. My first lesson with this academy revealed their awful service.
