We were introduced to him by a very satisfied family member who he's doing business with. My wife and I tried multiple times with different institutions, to renew our mortgage and weren't successful because her credit isn't the best. But, in our first meeting in Rodney's office for about one hour, he helped us get a mortgage with Scotiabank for an interest rate less than 1.35.
