★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They allow the snake, Louie Maragliano, of Next Day Home Services to rent space from them. Louie uses their established enterprise to mislead and misrepresent the legitimacy of his spineless operation. Maybe King is solid, but Louie looked solid on Google too; before he proved time and time again, he is a snivelling weasel who won't back up a word he says and will leave you fucked over and paying out of pocket to fix his fuck ups.
Make your judgements on King Services, but any company that associates with Louie should earn at least a giant yellow flag. Hence the three stars. At a minimum, this company cares more about getting a few extra hundred bucks each month than the spirit of integrity. They publicly associate with and support a lying cheat. Even if, and I hope this is the case, it stems from merely being oblivious. They aren't merely detached landlords. The office they rent out is smack dab in the middle of their own offices. Glass walls, shared halls, same everything.
If you're choosing between King and a close competitor, skip King. Anyone who can stand the stench of Louie's integrity, likely has a broken nose.
