R	Rayeann Cartwright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY!!!! FOUND HAIRS.. YES MULTIPLE HAIRS! IN MY ORDER, requested a refund quietly because I didn't want to make a scene and obviously when i pull a hair out of my mouth that is not my own and proceed to find two more hairs throughout the other meals, im not going to finish the meal and likely going to puke up what i did eat, seems fair to return the money for said meal.. to me atleast.... Yet, I got nothing but sluffed of, half ignored and then told it couldnt have come from them. When I pressed the issue i got ganged up on by customers and staff who stood by and agreed with them. Oh and as far as my refund went... they refused! FLAT OUT! Told me to call police or post and do my worst... i mean the audacity... if you can believe that... I was absolutely floored and appalled at the lack of customer service or even human compassion. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and this is how they choose to do business. SHOULD REALLY BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES, ALL OF YOU! STAFF AND CUSTOMERS ALIKE. Acting like I'm in it for the money as a scam, I don't need the money back but it's the right thing for the business to do..... nothing but pure and utter disrespect. THEY WILL NO LONGER BE GETTING ANY FURTHER BUSINESS FROM ME OR ANYONE I KNOW. END of Karen Rant but wtfck! I would give negative stars if I could. Seriously.

Since November their prices have gone up over 7% and their customer service has reduced exponentially. Not to mention, they even cheap out on their takeout packaging. I picked up my order and drove it home 5 blocks to open a sticky gooey mess. Apparently another bag was too much to ask for and now everything is covered in sweet and sour sauce because they crammed everything in too tightly and the lid popped off. At least the ginger beef was edible this time, not over cooked like it often is. Go to Rockyford if you want something actually good.

M	Mik Berezowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please take these reviews with a grain of salt, yes prices of food go up when inflation increases, and yes you are going to be refused a refund when you eat all of your food AND THEN bring the classic “there was hair in food.” Interestingly upon showing up with 6 people and the restaurant being over half full, the food was delivered faster than any restaurant I’ve been at in Strathmore, for Chinese food it’s about what you expect. Not to mention I’ve never seen people act so disrespectful and out of line, and I hope the owners don’t have to deal with adults that act like children and try to scam them for meals much longer. Should also mention the lady saying customers and staff ganged up on her, um that was me and only me and you got caught in a lie, you absolutely did not speak quietly and instead made a scene and disrupted everyone eating in peace, on top of that what person eats all $55 of their meal with hair in it when they can just bring to them upon finding a single strand. What’s appalling is you and people like you who ruin the experiences for others, sorry things didn't work out for you but last time I checked children shouldn’t be left unsupervised and that was a clear demonstration ?
