★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive broker and lender. lots of hidden costs which you will be surprised at the closing date when you have no other option other than signing papers. Please check commitment letters and mortgage documents with your own solicitor before signing and NEVER PAY THEM RETAINING FEE...they charge you $500 for each correspondence even a simple statement afterward which they call it administration fee!... you maybe charged several times in a term of mortgage ...try to avoid this place as much as you can.
