★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seating area is cold!! And they don't allow the public to turn on the heaters. So dress in layers or prepare to cuddle with your neighbor. Bathroom was filthy, taps ran cold water only and there was no paper towels. Staff was not available to rectify any of the above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grand son played hockey there last Thurs. We arrived 11/2 hour before game time. Doors were locjed. Arena staff did not answer phone. Very tiny dressing rooms. Cold and heat not on till end of game. The place is a terrible place to play or watch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for a Ringette game. The seats and heating were decent. Plenty of seating. The bad: the change rooms are pretty small, the path to the rink for the players is pretty icy, small hallways, large step not ideal for young kids to feel comfortable getting onto the ice. We had to help every single one to get down comfortably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son played lacrosse here. Small barn with no ventilation. The smell of the athlete lingered in the air. Not the worst but not the best. Definately could use some upgrades. Also the lighting is not the best.
