Ma physio Julie est vraiment à l'écoute; je n'ai jamais l'impression de subir la séance, mais plutôt de juste passer un bon moment pour prendre soin de mon corps :) PS: une perle rare est débarquée en massothérapie! J'avais besoin d'un massage thérapeutique spécifique et elle a su dépasser mes attentes. Merci Marjolaine, Julie et tout l'équipe :) xx !
A team truly dedicated to the health and comfort of its patients !! Fast and very courteous service at the reception and the care team is really great !! My physio Julie is really listening; I never have the impression of undergoing the session, but rather of just having a good time to take care of my body :) PS: a rare pearl has landed in massage therapy! I needed a specific therapeutic massage and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you Marjolaine, Julie and the whole team :) xx!

2 bad experiences with 2 different physios. A first confirmed to me that I did not have an ACL rupture when I had one and a second did not know how to take care of post-op

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je recommande pas, pour les vertiges positionel. De plus on demande d'aviser à l'avance pour annulation, ce qui a été fait et eux m'envoie même pas d'accuser réception.
I recommend not, for positional vertigo. In addition we ask to advise in advance for cancellation, which has been done and they do not even send me to acknowledge receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai attendu plus d'un mois et demi d'attente pour avoir un rendez-vous avec Mme Bolduc. 24 hres avant le rendez-vous, j'ai reçu un appel d'annulation de prise de rendez-vous sans pouvoir le déplacer . Simplement un appel de refus de nouveau client, sans offrir d'alternative autre que de me suggérer d'aller voir un ostéopathe ou un massothérapeute.
Durant plus d'un mois et demi j'ai attendu ce rendez-vous avec une douleur constante pour simplement m'informer à la dernière minute que j'ai attendu pour rien.
Si l'équipe de Mme Bolduc avait fait un travail professionnel, ils m'auraient informer beaucoup plus tôt, pour m'éviter des souffrances inutiles et une perte de temps.
Je ne recommande pas à personne de faire affaire avec eux. Selon moi leur manque de professionnalisme et de savoir être avec leur client est inacceptable.
I waited more than a month and a half of waiting to have an appointment with Ms. Bolduc. 24 hours before the appointment, I received a call to cancel the appointment without being able to move it. Simply a rejection call from a new client, without offering any alternative other than suggesting that I go see an osteopath or a massage therapist.
For over a month and a half I waited for this appointment with constant pain just to inform myself at the last minute that I was waiting for nothing.
If Ms. Bolduc's team had done a professional job, they would have informed me much sooner, to save me unnecessary suffering and wasted time.
I do not recommend anyone to do business with them. In my opinion, their lack of professionalism and of knowing how to be with their client is unacceptable.
