★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested that proof of procedure be sent to a clinic in Ontario. The receptionist said they would mail a letter. I called back and requested a fax of the same and was told it would be done that day. Two days later and no fax had been received. I called back but when I asked about the fax I was told, rather tersely by the receptionist that it would not be faxed as she put in it the mail. Even though faxing documents is standard procedure within the medical community, she was not interested in doing this even though two days earlier they said they would. Normally this might not have been an issue but the mail is quite backed up due to Covid. I am disappointed that they said they would send the fax but then changed their mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. kinahan performed my son's circumcision at 7 weeks old.
From the time the nurse took my son from my arms to the time he returned was less then 10 minutes. He returned sound asleep and was amazed to learn he didn't even wake when they undressed him, performed the procedure and when they redressed him.
His healing was fast and I was even given the nurses personal number if I had and questions.
Sure enough when I did have a question she got back to me promptly!
Dr. Kinahan was a pleasure to speak with and sincere when I expressed my concerns.

Has been lazy with filling out paperwork, caused complications for what shouldve been a very straightforward surgical procedure, and has been apathetic towards dealing with the complications. If there is an alternative surgeon you can find pick them
