Bought a Dilworth home Kim's did the concrete 2 years old and the faulty finishing is obvious Was not floated properly and the stone is 1mm or less below surface Scaling is on going. I would rate a 0

Kim and his crew did a very large slab pour. Crew was well organized and did a good job. Price was standard but the service was great.

Experience was awful, just awful!! Use silver springs. Very unprofessional. Use Silver Springs from Kelowna. I hired Kim to do my small patio. I did all the forming, rebar and prep. I had scheduled with him and was put off multiple times. When he finally did do my concrete, I was given no notice, as I wanted to be there. Litteraly was called and told "we do it now or wait another 12 weeks." Less than a hour notice. Subsequently he also messed up on the colored concrete. And because I couldn't make it home in time from work in Kelowna it was too far into it. (I took an hour to get home from the time of the call). His solution was to stain it. Okay then a sample was done and I approved it. When his guy came to do the staining I was home, as the work progressed, I told (Ken) it's getting too dark multiple times. 5 times Darker than the sample. When he was done it looked like a black rubber matt. Absolutely horrible. Now he did offer to send Ken back to strip it using an acid. Upon doing some research, I found another solution that works best without wrecking the concrete. To be honest, I called Silver Springs concrete in Kelowna. They spent time with me wand walked me through the process. I spent 12 hours stripping the stain safely without comprising the concrete. Now all I asked was to have the Left over stain to touch it up and or get more to fix it and he refuses to return my calls. Do not use this guy if you are looking for a quality product!!!! Another Small town hack.

Kim did a fantastic job with our concrete patio pad. We were looking for a company that could do an exposed aggregate stye to match our drive way. Had a couple recommendations for Kim from friends. Kim made arrangements for the pumper truck and Kim and his guys completed the finishings. All round they did an excellent job from scheduling to clean up. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Kim if your in need of any concrete work.
