Hense the only 2 ☆☆.
But the coffee is tasty for $2, albeit only self serve, and they do have almond milk and honey and free wifi. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome mini cafe location with breakfast options and table seating, they they serve Bean Around the World coffee here. Owners are very nice. Bathroom was tiny and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing! I ordered a vegie sandwich take out for lunch. It was supposed to be with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoe and avocado. I got the vegies in, except for the avocado which is the best part in the sandwich. I called them to let them know about that and the guy on the phone said “sorry, my wife forgot the avocado”. And that was all he said.
So, you guys, when you order something from these guys, make sure you get what you order. I will never order from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you find yourself near Lion's Gate Hospital, you should check this place out. I had the Chicken Club and Lentil Soup combo. The sandwich was very fresh and quite tasty and the soup was great, too. And reasonably priced as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had an awesome lunch from Kim's Cafe! Went there to avoid the Starbucks in Lions Gate Hospital. Had the chicken pesto cheese panini and soup of the day which was brocolli cheese ?. Both hot and delicious and a big portion size. Coffee was very nice too. Thank you
