This organization that advertises the advocacy for a children and families, but for the parents that are going through these difficult situations and yet when they are placed in a position to be advocating they underhandedly do the exact opposite setting out pitfalls for the parents and maliciously writing false reports setting the parent up to fail. I had my supervised visits at nicowhen the care of one of their workers , a few months went by with no progress made in anyway towards the parent, it was brought to my attention that there may be a conflict of interest , that there could be a friendship between my supposed advocacy and another person in regards to my file through Mcfd , a conflict of interest that was never brought to my attention even though I am the mother. When I questioned the probability of this my file was immediately closed with no response to myself for reasons but they wrote a letter to the judge of my case that was not very promising , They defended themselves by setting that I had gone against my contract with them I also urge you to take a copy of this contract when you go there as I did also stating that because of the said contract and the broken rules of said contract that they had closed my file and would no longer be offering me services and that I had missed in person to many visits even though I have been diagnosed positively with Covid apparently Covid in my case doesn’t exist it’s not a global pandemic according to this organization , also the contract in question that they are discussing and suppobly following so diligently had expired three months prior . So I’m confused if this was so important then why was it not renewed three months ago before it expired? but the cancelling of my file and the contract so that I would not see my children and the letter all happened five days after I had placed a complaint requesting that the Director of this organization look into this situation of a conflict of interest , we’ll five days later my file was closed and I was refuse services. Not very professional and when I contacted said Office to discuss this situation I was refused any kind of contact or reason they refuse to answer emails ,calls and text messages they defer me to the ministry, Now because of this I haven’t seen my kids in eight weeks. But they advocate and the advertise how they represent the family and the children , does not allowing a parent to see their child or the child it’s parent seem to be in the child’s best interest . if you or anyone you know is going to ask for any service any kind from this organization I urge you not to but I urge you if you to take notes , record everything do not let anything go by that you do not record this organization is a joke and it’s laughable that they would advertise their professionalism and how they work so diligently for the families they don’t they’re a nightmare I do not recommend them and if you have to deal with him I am sorry on your behalf.
