★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Raising their voice around children. The worker was out of control, knowing that my son had spent the weekend at thr hospital. Pulled my son out on the 3rd day, they never given me my money back, either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the school. Told them my situation regarding my autistic boy and I needed help for one morning - as they do bus children to school. I needed to be at a business meeting at 8am. I left a message for the manager - she did not get back to me. Next day phoned again and told sorry - we'll need to book a space for him in class - but this is not my request. I just wanted to drop him off at about 7:30am and that they could just take him to school. Very dissappointed that they did not contact me the same day.

Lots of activities for children. Huge backyard - size of real football field. At least 4 buses to take children to activities, drive them to and from local schools. Very accommodating, well trained staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both of my children attended Kids Zone Pre-school and Daycare. The staff are so warm and caring that my children always felt so comfortable there. I am a Kindergarten teacher myself and I am so impressed with their pre school program. I love reading the journals that they do with the children and seeing the children's amazing art projects. My son loves the science projects the most. Best of all the Christmas concerts are so family oriented and beautiful. Hand down the best daycare I've ever had my children in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were disappointed in the lack of communication and inability to address conflict between the students. We only ever heard of issues from our daughter, not from staff. When we withdrew our daughter, staff didn't even send an acknowledgment of receiving our email.
