this daycare has been my life savor, my son got kicked outta his last daycare, so I switched m kids to this one as it was closer to my home, when my son no longer decided he wanted to behave and cause havoc in the OSC I was given guidance and reassurance that amyee would help me get my son on the right path and my son was diagnosed with high ADHD and severe ODD and bad impulse control issues, she made the phone calls to get him supported care for my son so he can be in daycare, the staff in the OSC have been working non stop to help myself and my son to keep him on the right track. if it wasn't for amyee going outta her way and not giving us a chance to fix this I honestly dont know where we'd be. thank you sooo much for helping him and going outta your way. definitely means sooo much.

Two big mistake that are not acceptable in 3 weeks.....until to day I am not satisfied....but I will try to wait 2 weeks more to have a vision. I have met the manager and we discussed about every things.. She talked and discussed about my complaint with teachers..I am writing to says that they made me changing mind...they fixed the matters .and my son is good. Thank you.

If there was a negative 5 stars I could click on I would! So my child got terminated from this daycare because they cannot handle him, a 3 1/2 year old little boy. It was suggested I get him assessed, I took him to his Doctor. A letter was written to the daycare that he was a normal little boy who did not need assessment. That was not acceptable at this daycare, I am being accused of not putting any effort into this assessment, that apparently the manager of this daycare, (who by the way knows better than my sons pediatrician) that is not even necessary. For the past few months this is all I heard about, assessment assessment! Try this on for size Amy, hire more incompetent workers that call me out of school because my son is having a bad day! Who does that? What this daycare needs is structure and a lot more experience interacting with children. I was told the staff being hired at this daycare all had teaching credentials, I am pretty sure if you were to ask any one of them to provide such paperwork, you would get the run around or absolutely nothing. The one and only daycare worker at this establishment that sees children for what they are (just children growing up) is Catherine. My son has been bitten on several occasions, he has been scratched on the face, punched in the face but not once did I hear about any of those incidents. They have a book full of incidents about my child (again being a 3 1/2 year old little boy) causing problems and hurting other kids. He was in this daycare for most of his life, spending 9 hours a day with the staff and picked up a few habits that he should have been given a time out for, oh yeah right, Sunshine Factory has no disciplinary actions for bad behavior...NONE! So now that my child has learned some bad habits at daycare hes no longer welcome at this very daycare.

Amyee and her staff have been amazing to my children! I love that I am able to see how they are doing through out the day, as well as receive photos of their daily activities. :) Thank you!

My child loves to go to daycare everyday. He is always ecstatic to see his friends and the staff. The director is so kind and makes sure that everything runs smoothly, and addresses any concerns promptly. The staff are professional and well trained, i have such peace of mind at work knowing my child is safe and in a loving and fun environment. Thank you sunshine staff!

Amyee, her staff and her facility are beyond wonderful. I have a difficult little boy at times who gets overwhelmed easily, has adhd & odd and i have never for a second had a doubt or issue with Amyee and her team. I work very close by and will often pop in to see how my son is doing and im always impressed by the activities being done in the OSC. They take the time to plan fun & educational activities for the kids while in and out of school. My son loves his time at this daycare and is always excited to be here. I've had daycares previous to this who would call me to pick my son up almost every day because of his difficulties. At sunshine factory I have never had this problem. I was also provided tips and support for dealing with my son at home, ive noticed a HUGE difference in my sons temperament since starting here almost 2 years ago. I do and will continue to recommend this daycare at every opportunity.

Amyee and her staff are amazing. My children are in the middle of a tough situation and Amyee has not only taken care of them but of the parents as well. Totally goes above and beyond while staying neutral and amazing. Highly recommend.

I love this place. Amyee and her workers treat my 14 month old with love. He is always happy when picked up. Thank you to all the staff for the care you give me and my son. I recommend this place 100%
