★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice washrooms. His and hers, wheelchair friendly. Have picknick tables and trees for some shade, Creek runs near by. Lots of parking for all, room for semi trucks and motorhomes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rest stop open year round with heated washrooms (as opposed to just pit toilets). A couple garbage cans and picnic tables as well as a few walking trails to let yourself and your pooch stretch your legs. No tractor-trailers permitted, but ample room to enter this rest area with an RV since the road into the rest area is one big loop so no need to back-up to leave. Water is not potable, but our pooch has never had a problem drinking it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressed to see that the Kidd Creek Rest Area has just had three EV Charging Stations installed. Great to see this type of infrastructure being added, to improve on the Highway 3's reputation as BC's "Electric Highway".
