★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet friendly neighbors. Resident Caretaker does work maintaining and cleaning inside and out though most of it is done by others under contract. His erratic behaviour and moods
have often caused anxiety and stress to those he attempts to intimidate. Many Residents avoid him. His chain smoking and wife's abusive alcohol driven confrontations are frequent.
Gym area and equipment rarely used. Security system adequate but archaic. Flags in front finally replaced after 5 years being ripped, dirty, and faded badly. Property Managers in head office need inter-personal skill training. Very adversarial, arbitrarily pre-judgemental culture. Racism is evident as is treatment of minority's.
