It took them about 10 minutes to get into the shop and charged me $90 plus tax. I was not offered an alternative key passage entry as he assured me he could not because of the smart lock. However, after tending to my clients and taking a few minutes to look around for the key, it was nowhere ro be found. I called Keystone and asked him if there was any way that they could rekey my deadbolt and they assured me that it was possible but it would cost me another $90 plus the wrecking fees , and overtime fees because it was close to 5 p.m. . There is a serious lack of customer service for a business I turned over $90 in 15 minutes of work and refuse to assist me in providing a solution only an hour and a half later. They had originally put a faulty lock on the door and reversed a credit to the building owner because she did not buy a new lock with them but had someone else do it for her. There needs to be more competición in this town. Horrible customer service and complete lack of empathy.

They refused to take any money for the part....awesome experience! Thanks guys!

The owner Don tells customers to basically wait on his terms and if you don't like it 'Call a Winnipeg Store'. Din't bother trying to get him to call you back, he won't. Well we did what he suggested and called a 'Winnipeg Store' and I would strongly recommend- Winnipeg's Dakota Lock & Safe'. Very Professional and fast to come to Kenora and surrounding areas.
