Kevin has a fun, energetic style of teaching but is serious in his technical and musical abilities which makes him an excellent and versatile teacher.

Kevin’s teaching style is systematic and also tailored to my son. He encourages parents engage in lessons which is very helpful for music study. I definitely recommend Kevin if you are looking for a piano teacher.

My daughter is always excited to go to class every week, she enjoys Kevin's way of teaching, it is fun and a lot to learn! I would highly recommend Kevin as anyone's piano teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 6 year old daughter has been working with Kevin for the past 5 months and she has so progressed nicely. He’s encouraging and patient with her. I appreciate that he gives timely feedback and is enthusiastic.
I think she is developing a well rounded understanding of playing the piano and learning theory, note reading and using her listening to play back what she has heard. I love that I can sit in the lesson and watch. It takes so much focus and I can see she can be restless but Kevin does a good job of keeping her on track even if it’s for 30 mins.
It helps that she gets a little sticker at the end of each class, and homework page for what she needs to practice for the week.

My young daughter is taken not only by his strength as a musician, but equally by his ability to make learning digestible, relatable, and such fun. He teaches with ease, is disarming and kind - all enabling his students to gain confidence in their skills quickly. On our way to lessons the other day, my daughter shared "I can't wait for piano"! A testament to Kevin and a well-earned 5-star rating. Highly highly highly recommend him.
