Having spent years trying out numerous different trainers, two years ago I finally found and stuck with Kevin. What sets him apart from the rest is his knowledge and passion for training, and his genuine care for his clients. Kevin can build and adapt programs for all types of people. His commitment to his clients shone brightest last year when he quickly pivoted to providing zoom workout sessions for me as soon as gyms closed. We didn't miss a beat in my program, and he gave me some much needed space and motivation to focus on my physical and mental health. 10/10.

I've been training with Kevin for 4 years now, after my physio insisted that I start strength training to brace major joints that were super flexible but not supported adequately by adjacent muscles. I'm in my early 60s, healthy and fit. I was not sure about moving into the world of personal training, but Kevin has worked wonders with me. Within 6 months of starting work together my body came back into balance, with a dramatic reduction in the pain I'd been experiencing, and I've never looked back. Kevin is smart, professional, knowledgeable, responsive and a lot of fun to boot. He adjusts his approach and guidance in real time depending on what I'm experiencing, always to positive effect. His holistic nutrition background is an added bonus. I have recommended Kevin to many friends, family and colleagues, and I will continue to do so. He has a remarkable skill, and I'm so grateful I've benefitted from it. Can't recommend Kevin enough!

I have been going to Kevin for over 3 years now and really appreciate how he motivates and encourages me during my workouts. He is very personable and so knowledgeable. With Covid, I have had to work out virtually. Kevin has been so accommodating and his workouts are still as challenging and effective as they were in person. He is a very good trainer, excellent communicator and a really genuine person.

Kevin is an awesome personal trainer. I haven't been training with him for that long, but I have already seen an improvement in my strength and fitness level due to his programs. He makes each session enjoyable and fun, but still challenging.

I was introduced to Kevin 5 years ago when my previous trainer had to move away for personal reasons. He is a wonderful trainer and cares a ton about his clients’ success. He designed a personal program for me to balance out my marathon and other outdoor training activities. He applauds your strengths (and improvements) and works on your weaknesses (tight hamstrings!). I love that he has experience with movement and balance and is not just a strength trainer. He is very personable and I never feel like I am just another one of his many clients; I always get his full attention for the full time of each session. I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin.

I've been getting personal training from Kevin for over a year now and he is one of the best personal trainers in the city. He's really friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping his clients succeed. As someone with very limited experience with strength and movement training, Kev made the gym feel like a welcoming and fun place. Every few weeks he will change up my program, it's never a chore. I'm starting to see some great results. A couple of times I've turned up with injuries and strains from other sports and Kev will change the program to focus on rehabilitation. He is an excellent communicator and true professional. If you're considering a personal trainer, try and get in with him. Kev is the real deal.

Kevin is an amazing trainer. He always uplifts the mood and motivation during the work out. Creates programs that are challenging and customized to the person needs and abilities. Always has a cheerful and encouraging mood. A great trainer but even better guy! 12/10 rating! For sure would recommend to all of my friends and family.
