I like dealing with brokers because they are 1) able to get rates that aren't posted by banks and 2) they are able to push the process through quickly. I had #2 with my first broker, but at the 11th hour, he changed the rate on me. After that poor experience, I went looking for a new broker and had Kevin recommended by a family friend. Kevin has checked both boxes 1 and 2 for me. He was very kind on the phone, was willing to accommodate doing everything remotely, as I am in Kitchener, and was even able to suggest a lawyer for title changes we were getting done. I would and do recommend Kevin to anyone that is looking for a mortgage broker throughout Ontario.
