It was a breeze working with Kevin. He makes the process very easy at every step by giving proper directions, advices and always very happy to help out when ever I needed a hand with anything at anytime. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. I would suggest him to anyone who is in the market for a house.

Our experience with Kevin went above and beyond all our expectations. Being first time home buyers in a seller’s market was intimidating to say the least. We had no idea where to begin yet Kevin was able to answer any questions we had and break down the entire purchasing process; he was also able to educate us on structural and engineering elements of homes which was extremely useful when looking in older neighbourhoods. We’ve heard horror stories from other buyers who felt that their realtor pressured them into buying to make a quick sale - Kevin was patient, understanding, and adamant that we should keep looking until we found a house that felt ‘right’ for us. While house-shopping during a period of extremely low inventory and high buying demand we were often discouraged. Kevin was our constant that we could count on, and always reminded us to be persistent, our house would come along eventually - and it did! We can’t thank Kevin (and his amazing sidekick/wife Amber) enough, and I would - without question - recommend Kevin Appl to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. When it comes time to sell/buy, I know who I’ll be calling - Kevin!

We just bought our first home and after months and months of looking and a few offers put in and falling through, Kevin was so patient and giving the best advise and honest opinion. That meant the world to us. It was so awesome seeing how genuinely happy he was for us. Kevin is an AMAZING realtor! The best in the industry. I worked with him on selling my fathers properties and mine and he got us top dollar with a quick turnaround. He’s easy to work with, hardest working guy I’ve met and HONEST. Very ethical guy. I trust him completely to tell the truth and he always had only my best interest in mind. I interviewed and chose a couple of other realtors before I met Kevin and he was the only one to be honest and get me top dollar. I truly regretted not having him sell all my properties. I referred him to a neighbour of mine and Kevin worked miracles for him and got him his dream home where other realtors gave up. I would highly recommend Kevin as a realtor he’s incredible.

Kevin was fantastic in helping us sell our first home and buy our second! I think we looked at over 100 houses over a 6 month period and Kevin was there walking us through ever time. He was so responsive, and available whenever we needed him. He really helped us get the house of our dreams. And when it came time to sell our other house he went above and beyond again!!
