Kennedy Heights Dental Centre - Dr. Ahmed Al-Juboori & Associates

Visited Kennedy Heights Dental Centre 5 times; 1) check up, 2) cleaning session, 3) extracted 1 wisdom tooth - stitched the place, 4) removed the stitches and filled 3 teeth, and 5) filled 1 tooth. Felt no pain over the injection sting. Dr. Al-Juboori and the rest of the team were friendly and understanding, and made sure I was comfortable and calm before commencing the works. I was very hesitant while trying to decide which dental center to visit initially, but I am really glad I went to Kennedy Heights Dental Centre. Thank you Kennedy Heights Dental Centre team.

Avoid this clinic. We got referred to here from an platform called Opencare. We booked the appointment with them for teeth cleaning, and aimed to get the referral benefit from Opencare 1. In the first appointment they just finished 1/3 of the cleaning. They said we can book a 1.5 hours appointment to finish all. I agreed. Then I went back home and submitted the receipt to Opencare, got declined as we didn't do the teeth examination. We needed to add this service to proceed the benefit. 2. I called the dental center and the employee said yes we can add the examination to the upcoming appointment while we might need another visit for the whole cleaning. I agreed. We came there on time, waited about 15mins to get started, finished the X-rays then started the cleaning. But the cleaning only took less than half hour and only my bottom teeth got serviced included the last time. They said they ran out of the time for the next appointment. Fine, I still had the doctor examination right? The hygienist said the doctor is busy now so wait 15 mins. While we waiting the frontdeak told us our services today were done as the doctor was busy and had no time for the examination. We argued that we booked 1.5 hours which included the exam. After negotiating the doctor finally came from his "busy stuff", spent half an hour to explain he can't do exam except we finished the whole teeth cleaning. I said that was booked for this appointment so why he denied to do so. He said the Opencare charged him $100s then I guess he needed $1000s from us to make the referral worthy. By playing the tricks and lying, he made $1000 ez money on us, and we spent two weekend, 2 hours each time including the waiting, only got bottom teeth cleaned and useless X-ray photos (we had them 1 year before). We had done teeth cleaning for all teeth in an hour. We had done examination without any cleaning. But none of them would happen in this clinic. Just avoid it as they are just trying to suck your money rather then do some honest work.

Holly has been wonderful to me. Had my practicum here and she was an amazing supervisor. She helped me so nicely and was very kind the way she explained how the process worked and I would highly recommend this office!

The cleaning and X-ray was great. I just didn’t like what happened following. I asked for a quote for a crown because mine cracked and they have higher fees in comparison to other dental office. $2500 for a crown was the estimate from this office. It was $1250 from Digident dental in Richmond. They also said that it was not covered by my benefits but the other dental office said that 60% of it was covered. Dentist was pushy with Invisiline braces to stop the grinding of my teeth at night. Talked about it for 15 minutes and did not talk about price until I asked. It’s $5500 which was ridiculous given that I use a $40 night guard that did the job to stop the grinding at night. $5500 is a lot of money and he should be open about it initially before going into details about the procedure or the need of it. They stated that the X-ray was free when I asked and then charged me $20 a few months later because apparently it wasn’t covered. They removed the charge when I complained. Maybe my experience was a one off but I don’t think this place deserves a 4.7 rating. Customer service was not really great. They seemed annoyed about my complaints and not truly understanding of my disappointment of the service.

Awesome service and ultra clean. Everyone is super professional and accommodating. Hygienist are excellent and Dr. Ahmed is experienced and explains everything regarding your dental health clearly and lays down your options for you real nice. I wholeheartedly reccomend Kennedy Heights Dental Centre for your dental needs!

O it was my awesome experience. Dr Al- Juboori Is really good so professional in his work explained me really well for all the treatments and Finencial plains . Whole environment is so welcoming so friendly.i was touched by the warm welcome that i received while entering. I must say don’t be sacred if its your first visit, trust me you are at right place.?

I had my first visit at this Dental office today, and as an older women that really is nervous at Dental offices I can honestly say this was the most comfortable I have ever felt with any dentist. Dr Al- Juboori made me feel like I have known him my whole life .I was extremely comfortable from the first step into the office .Amazing front desk amazing assistant and Amazing dentist . I highly recommend this Dental office
