★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kendrick Printing is one of the best kept secrets in Winnipeg. Their team is professional, helpful, and warm. Brandy is super helpful and provides great service. I think she really cares about the customers and I've found her an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole team does great work, of higher quality, more efficiently, and more reliably than any of these online services like Vistaprint. It's great to work with real people who care about what they do. Best of all, this is a local business and very community minded. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend recommended me to this print shop but warned me about this girl there, I didn't think much of it until I actually met her. I think her name is Brandy? ( The girl with the nose piercings ). I don't know what the owners we're thinking employing her there. She seems to understand print production which is great but her customer service and just over all demeanor was not professional or friendly. She has a lot of attitude and witnessing her talking to her co-worker she doesn't seem like a nice girl, pretty much was talking down to them. My suggestion to the owners is to find someone who is kinder and makes customer service apart of their work ethic. She obviously puts on an act when management is around.Won't be back because of her, didn't even place my order.

I was never offered a proof and didn't think of asking for one, so the business cards I ordered were a totally different color than expected. They weren't willing to re print or offer any kind of incentive to get them remade to match the color I wanted.
Not impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE this place. They've done so much printing for me over the last few years. Friendly, quick service, and the most adorable Lucy dog in the office to pet and say hello to! They have taken projects that I needed help with and fixed them up for me to be right for printing. Moving out of central Winnipeg but would still send them my printing and make the trip!
