★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always good deals and good prices. Produce very reasonable. Good selection of branded and no name foods. Bag your own purchases. Large carpark. Getting shopping trolley on a winters day a pain in the neck. Token or dollar coin deposit required for trolley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always low on stock, you have to pay for your bags pack your own groceries and the parking lot looks horrible with cars parked in no parking spots. Some prices are better but some are not. I can get some things cheaper at our little store in Rorketon. I would rather pay a little more and get all my groceries in one spot then to go here and them only have half the items on my list. I always end up going somewhere else anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection at very competitive prices. It's just too bad for me that I live an hour's drive away. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and lots to choose from. I can't understand why my local Co-op priced their merchandise so much higher than No Frills for the same brands of canned food, fruits and most everything else.
