They are careful and friendly, they were fully booked, but found time for my hamster and they did an amazing job! Absolutely BRILLIANT service and great doctors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance and after driving 40 minutes to get to the appointment I was told they had no record of my appointment. While this was the first time it happened I took the initiative to find a vet closer to home. I was not impressed that I wasted my time driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling 13 different animal clinics that see rabbits, with them all saying they couldn't see my bunny who had emergency GI problems. Me bawling on the phone while holding my limp lethargic bun...the staff at the kemptville animal hospital found some time for us to come in. Not a negative thing can be said about the wonderful , friendly staff and clinic.
Even got a follow up call a few days later.
Great job everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! I want to thank Amber, Sophie and Dr. Pia Gamberg for their amazing service.
I needed to have my bunny, Ozzy, neutered. He had been on a waitlist at a different clinic for six months (since I got him) and a spot was not opening up. I called around to many clinics. Most were either booking 5 months away or the price was exorbitant or both. I took a shot, called Kemptville Animal Hospital, spoke with Amber who booked us in right away. She was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The quote was affordable compared to other clinics and it included pain medication and a package of Critical Care. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment because I forgot about a prior commitment. Amber gave us a date the following week.
My husband dropped off Ozzy. They told us we could pick him up around 4pm. I felt bad but that did not work for us. Dr. Gamberg was able to rearrange her schedule and neuter Ozzy first so that he would be ready around 2:30pm. -unbelievable service!
Sophie brought Ozzy out to the car. She had photos of him to put on our fridge. She is clearly knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to know. She called me the following day to check in on Ozzy. She also let me know that if there medical concerns I can contact her.
Overall, this clinic has the best service, the friendliest staff and reasonable prices. I trust Dr. Gamberg. She knows what she is doing. You can tell the staff love animals. I don't write reviews often but I felt this one was well earned. I will be bringing my female bunny and goldendoodle very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit today with our pup. So far 10/10. Amazing experience from the greeting to the payment. Vet answered all our questions. Technician we met was so nice and patient. Looking forward to our next visit. UPDATE: we have been going to this vet for almost a year and still feel the same way the staff is amazing, so caring for our fur baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love them. They take care of my kitten Diva amazingly. She just had her spay and she’s recovering really well. This is the first clinic I’ve been to that offered a laser treatment of the area after surgery to help with healing. It’s free so defined take advantage of it. The Dr is also really kind and helped me figure out a new diet for both my cats. Staff is friendly and will call to check up on your cat after surgery. They go through instructions and make sure it’s as clear as possible before you leave. Honestly amazing team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic veterinary office! They neutered our bunny the other day (on recommendation from some other bun parents). He’s doing amazing and they took such good care of him. Excellent instructions for me to take home, a demonstration of how to administer meds and critical care if needed, even a phot certificate of his “surgery day”! Staff are all helpful and we even had a follow up call the day after surgery. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy Charlie!
