★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I absolutely adore The Gospel Mission thrift store it is run by volunteers and all the proceeds go to support the community this is a wonderful thrift store with very reasonable prices.
I especially love their large selection of appliances and furniture and the fridge that is now in my kitchen came from this store oh, they came and delivered it with some strapping young men who went out of their way to take the doors off the fridge to fit it through my front entrance thank you so much!!!!
I tell everybody I know how about this store to please support them and Shop there often and take your donations as well they're very easy to find in Rutland they are right behind the bright yellow liquor store!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a well-run thrift store, organized & clean. I think most of the "staff" are volunteers, so sometimes they know their product & sometimes not ... but they're always polite, cheerful & helpful. They have a good selection of clothing, and glassware, and often, some very good furniture pieces at great prices (these go on sale regularly, because they have limited space & like to move them out quickly). Lots of interesting & varied hanging art, too. My favourite to browse is the front counter, where they display vintage & other jewelry, and watches; I've gotten some lovely pieces there. Definitely worth a regular visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much fun! Always new merchandise. Clothing only takes up half the stock so there's plenty of room for furniture and household decor and supplies. The weekly specials are useful but prices are already very reasonable. Staff is super friendly and helpful too. It's a wonder a person can spend so long in such a small store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super expensive compared to other thrift stores. Christian store playing secular music about school shootings (yay). Staff very unpleasant (care more about gossiping amongst themselves rather than taking care of customers). All in all...not changed much in 2+ years. I guess I will maybe try again in another 2 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While they definitely have a good variety of items and fit a fair amount into a small space effectively, the prices aren't great.
The things I was interested in picking up were priced at, or in 2 cases way above, retail.
Thrift stores all over seem to be bad at pricing "popular" valuables like Funko Pops, Video Games, Toys, etc, and this place seems to be on that same Value Village pricing train.
