★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.David Dowell was very patient, understanding, and supportive. I unfortunately had a very traumatic experience ten years ago when trying to have an ingrown removed at a different office. Because of this experience, I was absolutely terrified of having the ingrown toe nail procedure done again. I explained my past experience to Dr. David Dowell and he was very empathetic and listened to my concerns and fears. He talked me through the whole procedure and answered all the questions I had. I was very close to fainting after the numbing but Dr. David Dowell was very supportive. He made sure I knew I could take a break at anytime and got me, a cold compress, water, etc when I was not feeling well.
I don't normally write reviews but Dr.David Dowell really is one of a kind. Thank you Dr. Dowell!
