★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Kelowna Concrete/Beyond Basics to put in a stamped concrete patio in our backyard. The whole experience was a nightmare... they knocked the outside house faucet off our wall and flooded our basement. There was a complete lack of communication throughout the entire process. They also never took responsibility for any of their mistakes and there were a lot of them... from lack of cleanup on site, not showing up on time and not designing the patio to our original specifications.
Luckily the work done appears to be ok, but the whole process left a very sour taste in my mouth. I would recommend to stay away from this company and try someone else.

Megan at the office was very prompt and had estimate for me with in hours and the end price was spot on with the estimate!! Will definitely be using them in the future and have sent lots of work their way since!! Great Work!

We knew at every turn what to expect. Way exceeded our highest expectations. I highly recommend these guys.
