★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb, knowledgeable staff and excellent product. I learn something new every time I come here, as the staff are really on their game. I'm new to vaping concentrate and have had so much about it thoroughly explained to me when I asked that I go significantly out of my way to reach this shop despite the convenience of much closer competition. On top of that, I have very high confidence in the quality of product as they send their concentrate to two separate and independent labs for analysis to ensure purity. Who does that? These guys take a really professional approach to their business. I love them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices and product are excellent, unfortunately the experience doesn't match. Blondie has a major attitude problem; rolls her eyes at customers and aggressive. There's another lady who also is oddly aggressive; makes me wonder what they are dealing with to come to work day after day and treat customers like that. They seemingly get annoyed when you ask questions. Maybe switch industries?
