Our slabs of granite were the very first purchase we made for our new house build so 20 months later KCD came to install. Through that time they waited patiently for our house construction to begin and progress, never frustrated with our slow progress. Finally once we were ready they were able to fit us in the next day after I called for the templating and 6 business days later the granite was installed! This crew is professional, polite, respectful and hard working! Isaac and his men completed the install and were super careful and efficient. We are 3 hours from Winnipeg so their promptness with our project was fantastic! Financially I believe we got a very good price and we are more than pleased. The office staff and Cameron also great. Jasvir was great to work with. Very responsive, answered all of our questions. Quick responses, prompt quote. Friendly. We were also able to order our sink and faucet through them and had lots of options to choose from. Answered my questions post-install as well, I wasn't ignored after business was received and paid for. Would definitely contact again in the future. Cameron - he came to do our templating. Answered any questions I had. Prompt and arrived in time frame given. Installers - Chris, Kevin and Josh. They performed great work. Respectful, answered our questions. Cleaned up well. The seam is barely noticeable, fantastic job! Love our new countertops. Felt like an appreciated customer throughout the process and after. Would definitely recommend to someone or hire again in the future.

They made the entire process very smooth for us. The communication from the staff team was excellent. Denver, Chris and his team was able to pull off a difficult counter tops and backsplash installation on my Island of which I thought wasn't possible. The pricing was competitive. Great people to work with and above all, beautiful countertops! Looking forward in continuing this relationship for long time!!!!
