t	tjorp10 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I went to Kay’s to get the waist reduced in a pair of nice dress pants. After waiting at the desk for a while, she finally came to the front. She grumpily told me to go try on the pants. When I stepped out, I told her what I’d like fixed. She quickly made a rough mark on the back of the pants where they needed to be altered. When I returned, I again waited at the front desk for an extended period. Luckily there was a nice man also waiting for her to come to the front desk so we visited. I tried the pants on again to make sure they fit. I could barely slide them up my thighs. I came out of the dressing room to tell her about the issue, but there was no one around. After waiting about 10 minutes at the front desk, I became irritated and left. I do not recommend.

Very poor customer service and would definitely recommend requiring paperwork from them indicating you’ve dropped something off if you actually want it back. I will not return.

As well they don’t offer receipts unless you ask, which is quite important if they potentially lose an item. I’m glad I asked for mine, let’s hope they didn’t lose my jacket.
