Very disappointed. I went to Kay’s to get the waist reduced in a pair of nice dress pants. After waiting at the desk for a while, she finally came to the front. She grumpily told me to go try on the pants. When I stepped out, I told her what I’d like fixed. She quickly made a rough mark on the back of the pants where they needed to be altered. When I returned, I again waited at the front desk for an extended period. Luckily there was a nice man also waiting for her to come to the front desk so we visited. I tried the pants on again to make sure they fit. I could barely slide them up my thighs. I came out of the dressing room to tell her about the issue, but there was no one around. After waiting about 10 minutes at the front desk, I became irritated and left. I do not recommend.

I had three coats to work on. One needed to be taken in, another new buttons and a third had a bunch of rips in the liner. She did an amazing job, I am very pleased. I just moved from New Brunswick and I would have paid a lot more there. Thanks so much.

poor customer service. it's my first time getting my clothes tailored and i asked over the phone if it's possible getting a quote for alterations. she yelled telling me that i have to come to the store. then hang up on me.

Professional, quality, fast and friendly. I took my motorcycle chaps to Robert at Kay's sewing to have the legs hemmed.He did a fantastic job. Thank you.

After 3 weeks of calling to claim my pair of hemmed jeans, and being told over and over again they didn’t have them, I was finally able to pick them up. Very poor customer service and would definitely recommend requiring paperwork from them indicating you’ve dropped something off if you actually want it back. I will not return.

I’ve had good experiences here, though my winter jacket was not done on time. They did not call me to let me know it was delayed, nor did they apologize. As well they don’t offer receipts unless you ask, which is quite important if they potentially lose an item. I’m glad I asked for mine, let’s hope they didn’t lose my jacket.
