Love coming here!! The staff are super friendly and helpful. My eyebrows always look amazing after Natalie does them! If you need some TLC I would also recommend a chemical facial, I fell asleep it was so relaxing.

Kate Avalon is one of the nicest places I’ve been to in a long time! I’ve been there for multiple haircuts as well as my kids and they were amazing! I’ve had a massage and it was also awesome! I highly recommend this place, words do not describe how amazing it is!

When you are a guest at this spa you are treated so well. Service is always impeccable. The Spa is always kept clean and the bathrooms are super clean. I love the pricing. I love the products. I love the staff and I love how the staff lets you know what they are using and how they will complete the services you requested. They certainly treat you like they are honored to have you. Best massages. Best pedicures. Best facials. Go. Treat yourself.

Despite being a little out of the way, Kate Avalon is well worth the little extra drive. The decor is amazing, the atmosphere is relaxing, and service is excellent! The staff are all very professional and extremely friendly. I found their prices to be very reasonable and they go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable. I would highly recommend Kate Avalon Day spa.

Amy cuts our entire families hair and we LOVE her! She is so friendly, patient and makes our kids feel so welcome. I have also received the body wrap and micro needling. Both amazing experiences. Amy walked me through the entire wrap and made sure it was very relaxing. Katie walked me through micro needling and was very professional. The results from the micro needling are amazing and I will for sure be doing it again. I would highly recommend this spa!

The staff at Kate Avalon Day spa and salon are amazing. They are terrific! I have been going there to see Katie for facials and I have seen a huge difference already and it has only been a few times a month since they have been opened. I love there products, it doesn’t just work great, each have a beautiful smell. The prices are affordable as well. I also have been there to get my toe nails done, which WOW katie did such a beautiful job on my feet and also gave the best massage on my legs and feet and arms! Most places don’t even do one of those for you. It was the best experience I have ever had here in the city. Not too mention the place is gorgeous, everything is white and so so clean. Each room is decorated with such great taste. You feel like your not in Medicine Hat at all. Not too mention when it starts to warm up, they have a place set up outside for you to sip on your latte, herbal tea or flavoured water while waiting for your appointment. Also I take my 3 year to there salon and he loves to go and see Amy! She is so nice and friendly and makes your kids feel ok to be sitting in her chair getting there hair done.which kids are hard to even get them to go! So hands down also great place for all ages to get a new do!!! We needed a place like this Finally in Medicine Hat!!!! Each visit I go I feel special and the results are amazing and you leave feeling beautiful and Loved! Each person who works there treats everyone with such great respect and it’s also very professional. Like I said we needed a new Modern Upper scale and with affordable pricing! Hands down over and beyond 5 ? Thank you this place is Great with great people Well Done Team @ Kate Avalon!!!! We will be back for a lot more wonderful experiences in the future to come!!!

This is a hidden gem in Medicine Hat! They offer everything you need to pamper yourself. I've enjoyed their manicures, pedicures, had my hair cut and highlighted and enjoyed a hot shave. The face massage is remarkable!! Kate Avalon Spa is a clean and classy high end establishment with amazing and professional staff that go over and above to make sure you have a "come back again" type of experience. I definitely recommend you making an appointment now!!!
