To top everything they gave me the best haircut I have had. I would recommend them to anyone and am definitely going there all the time. Great work Amin and team!

My day did not go as planned and due to an emergency I had to call up pretty last minute and say I would not likely make my appointment. Unfortunately I was also leaving town the next day, AND the appointment was for my upcoming wedding. I had not had my hair done since well before the whole covid thing. Amin was so wonderful on the phone when he found this out, and did everything he could to try and find me a new appointment later that day. Faith was my stylist, and she was incredible❤. She put in a whole 3 hours extra, after an already long day, to do my highlights and cut. She put in so much care and attention because she knew it was for my wedding and was so genuinely excited for me. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and loved my new hair. Thank you Amin and Faith!

She had recently been working at PRISM hair on Austin Avenue and was badly treated in her employment with them. Leanne has been cutting my family's hair for many years. Now you might not think it is a big deal but my family has some challenging needs. My father has dementia and mom has physical problems that prevents us from transporting them to many places. My brother has a mental disability and it can be quite challenging for him to feel comfortable with people. Leanne comes to their home and cuts all their hair for them. She has treated them all with respect and it was obvious to me that she really cares about her customers. My family is so comfortable with her especially my brother. She has been a special gift to my family and has made my life easier by going the extra mile. So again a BIG THANK YOU! for hiring an angel.
M	Martin KO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly decent COVID protocols in place with plastic draped everywhere. yet I found the location to be somewhat chaotic and I'm not sure how clean it is... so many people milling about, and the floor was dirtier than normal even though I understand salons can get messy. The haircut was ok, but they cut quite close to my skin even though it was nothing like what I showed in the picture. Ok, haircut but if you're particular about your hair then I would not trust the stylists here to meet your expectations.

Had to leave before my haircut appointment. There was just no respect for the health orders and any person that might be immunocompromised. When I told them why I was leaving, they just made excuses instead of apologizing and rectifying it. Will never be a patron again.

Always so clean and spotless as well as the COVID protocols are in place so I feel very safe. Weather you need a women’s haircut and color , a kids haircut or even a Men’s Barber haircut they can do it all! So Warm and welcoming it’s a fantastic salon! I Highly recommended ? five stars ⭐️!

She consistently provides great service and listens to her customer to determine what they want, and honestly lets them know what is or is not possible with their hair. Her friendly and cheerful disposition is relaxing and fun. I won't go anywhere else!
