★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I missed my bus because Kasper had recently changed the stop location and did an incredibly poor job advertising that. I arrived at the bus stop, well before departure and noticed that there wasn’t any sign there indicating it was a stop. So I called to verify the stop location, but wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone from Kasper. Finally after digging through their Facebook page I found a post from 2 months prior stating that they’d moved the stop. By the time I got there, there was no sign of the bus, or any sign identifying it as a Kasper bus stop. If their goal was to make this stop as discrete and difficult to find as possible, they couldn’t have done a better job.
