★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food Quality: Average, almost everything has same flavour! Worst butter chicken ever, like chicken in tomato gravy!! Chicken tikka masala was very blunt, chicken was not grilled at all.
Chicken wings and beef kabab was good.
Hakka noodles was soupy. I have never tasted hakka noodles like that.
Food Quantity: Again, very poor. Gravy items were like a pond with hardly found meat pieces.
I have been there for three times now. Overall, did not have satisfactory experience ☹️

(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner & timings for serving specific food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ needs to work a lot on customer service. The tables were dirty and there was no efforts to clean it. We didn't even get a proper greeting . Such a bad service provided by the afternoon server.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karim is one of my favourite Indian Restaurants! The food is top notch! I find myself wanting to try everything on their menu. Karim has something for everyone. The food has just enough spice to add flavor to their dishes without ruining the food, a well deserved 5 stars
