She listened to my vision, took my ideas and created a set of plans. She provided me with a selection of contractors for the job, one of which I settled on. Throughout the process, between adjustments to the design and suggestions from the contractor, Karen worked diligently with me on colours and materials to finalize the perfect look. I would refer her to anyone looking for a set of plans anytime!!.

Karen had many great ideas and her experience in designing commercial space showed through time and time again. Working with her, electricians, plumbers, contractors and regulators, our association was able to put together a solid grant application with “best estimate” quotations finalizing our grant. Although we were not successful in obtaining that grant, we are ready with all the drawing, numbers and estimates for the appropriate grant to come along. Karen was professional, helpful and listened to our concerns, comments and issues with a community-based building. When we are ready to move forward, we will certainly be engaging Karen.
