What surprised me the most was that she took the time to send me a follow up email that contained detailed meeting notes. Who does that anymore? After that I really knew she had listened and understand my changing financial needs. Kayla set me up on a long term TFSA/RRSP plan and brought Karen in to fine tune some of my investments.
