My daughter is doing the Kung Fu Self Defense class and she loves it very much. The teachers are competent and offer a nice variety of exercises that keep the kids motivated.

Je recommande si vous aimez les sports de combat et que vous voulez vous gardez en forme et savoir vous défendre. Very nice welcoming place, the teachers are super nice and lively. They push us to go beyond our limits. I recommend if you like combat sports and want to keep in shape and know how to defend yourself.

Les instructeurs sont d'un haut niveau, ils sont très attentifs au group et toujours disponibles pour donner des conseils et améliorer l'apprentissage de chacun de leurs élèves, l’ambiance y est conviviale et dynamique, de plus, la propreté des lieux est impeccable. Déjà hâte au prochain cours :) I'm not a very athletic person, but I really liked my first lesson, it was really well explained. Already looking forward to the next lesson :)

Non seulement on apprend différentes techniques, mais ensuite on apprend aussi à les mettre en pratique en les utilisant contre les autres élèves du cours. The Kung-Fu and self-defense classes are really cool. C'est le genre d'école que je recherchais, je recommande son école sans hésitation.
