★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce n'est pas juste une école de karaté, c'est une école de la vie! On y apprend, entre autre, le respect de l'autre et le respect de soi. Les enfants et les adultes de tout âge cohabitent dans les mêmes cours ce qui favorise l'apprentissage de tous! Je fais partie de cette école depuis 4 ans avec mes deux enfants et j'ai bien l'intention d'y rester le plus longtemps possible!

Children and adults of all ages live in the same classes, which promotes learning for all! I have been part of this school for 4 years with my two children and I intend to stay there as long as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pendant 4 ans, cette école m'aura permis de devenir la karatéka que je peux affirmer être aujourd'hui : Pas la meilleure, mais celle que j'étais motivée à être! Si j'ai choisi d'accorder seulement 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas parce que je critique les services reçus, mais bien pour souligner l'imparfait inévitable de l'humain que j'ai appris à accueillir et à accepter à travers mes années de pratique.
Peut-être que si l'école existait grâce au travail de machines capables de détecter l'insatisfaction dans la tête de tous ses élèves, elle pourrait avoir cette 5e étoile qui, pour moi, correspond à la perfection... et, encore là, plaire à tous, à tout moment et en tout lieu, ça reste compliqué!
Toutefois, je ne peux concevoir que cette école puisse avoir la perfection au détriment de son humanité aussi imparfaite soit-elle, car c'est par cette humanité qu'elle rayonne, qu'elle réussi à s'adapter et continue à évoluer d'année en année.
Plus personnellement, c'est grâce à cette même humanité que j'ai appris à reconnaître cette imperfection en moi et que j'ai su, le moment venu, que cette école n'était plus, pour moi, le meilleur endroit pour apprendre à devenir l'humain que j'ai envie de devenir.
Ainsi, au-delà des techniques de karaté qui m'auront permis d'obtenir ma ceinture bleu, cette école m'aura appris à accueillir la malveillance sans la juger, car, au fond, si on prend le temps de l'écouter, celle-ci nous en dit plus sur nous-mêmes que ce sur quoi elle est dirigée...
Quel précieux cadeau à recevoir et à donner!

For 4 years, this school will have allowed me to become the karateka that I can affirm to be today: Not the best, but the one I was motivated to be! If I chose to give only 4 stars, it is not because I criticize the services received, but to highlight the inevitable flaw of the human that I learned to welcome and accept through my years of practice.
Maybe if the school existed thanks to the work of machines able to detect the dissatisfaction in the head of all its pupils, it could have this 5th star which, for me, corresponds to the perfection ... and, still there , please everyone, at any time and in any place, it's complicated!
However, I can not conceive that this school can have perfection to the detriment of its humanity as imperfect as it is, because it is by this humanity that it shines, that it manages to adapt and continues to evolve of year by year.
More personally, it is thanks to this same humanity that I learned to recognize this imperfection in me and that I knew, when the time came, that this school was no more, for me, the best place to learn to to become the human that I want to become.
Thus, beyond the karate techniques that will have allowed me to get my blue belt, this school will have taught me to welcome malevolence without judging it, because, deep down, if we take the time to listen to it, it tells us more about ourselves than what it's directed at ...

Les arts martiaux contribuent à forger le corps et l’esprit. L’école martiale de Blainville est un lieu accueillant, rassembleur et sain où j’ai l’opportunité de me dépasser et de m’améliorer comme personne. Les Senseis et tous les karatékas nous motivent avec enthousiasme et respect. Je recommande fortement cette école qui a mon avis est digne des 5 étoiles que je viens de lui décerner.

Senseï are incredibles and lots of help during the classes from every single person. They are in the community, also in schools and summer camps. They help learn how to be a better human!
