★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect dojo for a family looking to spend very high quality time together learning fitness, discipline and balance. Everyone there (especially Sensei Mick) are awesome teachers and very good people. They are excellent with kids, and are patient at all levels. My 2 kids, my wife and I all attend together. It has brought us even closer, while teaching my children confidence, coordination, and focus (esp. my 4-year-old). I highly recommend.

They teach them confidence, stability and how to perform with high standards. As parents we joined the classes along our children and we get to spend very valuable family time together while learning more about karate.

They also take the time to explain things and they always make you feel like you're trying your best! My son and his friend absolutely love it! Thank you! Highly recommend !
