★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He promised me one rate over the phone and believing him I took another friend of mine to file our taxes. Unfortunately, he charged more than what he promised over the phone. He was rude. We were disappointed. I am not going again nor I recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the cheapest place to file taxes. You can check with other providers and you will know.
Please note, there are different fees for personal taxes vs. business taxes. Some people ask the price of personal taxes on the phone, but when they come in, they bring rental income, uber income and small business income which is all filed under business taxes. Kang Tax charges more for business taxes as it takes more time to prepare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Advisor. Highly unprofessional. I went to Kang Tax & Financial Services just for filing annual Tax Return in March 2021. I contacted Mr. Kang for his low price for tax filing. For the tax filing part All was Ok. But after that Mr. Kang asked me if he can pitch his Mutual Fund and other Financial Investment schemes (if I have time). I said yes but in brief.
He explained about some investment plans, his clients, the Rule of 72 and the reason he does his business is not for money but to help people...…blah blah blah...… multiply their savings.
After listening to him, I said I need some time to think over it and research on my own. At which he reacted like a lunatic. He was super annoyed that I did not fall for his Sales Pitch. He said, why would I try to research on my own when he has all the knowledge. Really.....???
He even tried to WARN me that if I want to Invest, I will have to do it that very moment otherwise he wont entertain me in future.
I was really surprised at his professionalism. I never asked him to guide me for any investment plan at first.
Be careful for such kind of self proclaimed geniuses. Won't visit their again and would not recommend him to anyone for any Financial Advise.
My Lesson "Spend a lil extra and go to some Professional Service Provider".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terriable customer service... Have no manners.. inquiring about my elderly mothers income tax and the owner hung up the phone on me.. I advise not to have these people do any business for you... they are very unprofessional to trust them with your infomation.
