★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little scared my 18 month old was going to fall in the water, but I just needed to keep a close eye on him and herd him away from the edge of the ladder viewing area. Will be excited to go back in salmon season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always use this point to launch my kayak, it’s better to upstream, quiet and listen to the sound of stream, birds and trees, sometimes u will see couple of beavers hanging around so funny

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love taking my kids here especially during the salmon spawning season. Only thing to worry about is the bears but they keep their distance. Might even get to see them cool off in the river during the summer months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went this summer and will visit in fall to see spawning salmon jumping the fish fench. Avoided the trails because of warning signs cautioning about bear sightings. Didn't want to get jumped on by bears. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High water really did a number on this place. Will require some work to restore I expect, but that's no one's fault. Still a nice scenic place to see the fish, the eagles, and take a deep breath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have loved to see the salmon gate and cage in action but salmon season is from September to December.
They did have 2 pond hatcheries containing approximated 12,000 fish in each pond due to be released sometime in June 2022 when they reach adult size
A few tables and barbeque pits set by the stream makes for good family/friend gatherings during warmer weather.
