★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamloops Hot Yoga has been an excellent experience for me from the awesome ladies who greet you upon arrival, to the friendly, experienced Instructors and owners who take the time to know your name. The facility is always clean and accessible to everyone. At Kamloops Hot Yoga, I feel like I can move at my own pace, and feel I can approach any of the Instructors to ask question and get guidance. I highly recommend Kamloops Hot Yoga to anyone who asks me....and to some who don't ask ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamloops Hot Yoga is my happy place. The staff are so fun, compassionate, and knowledgable. The instructors are always open and engaging, they make it so easy. I like that there are 2 locations to choose from, and the classes are staggered to help accommodate any schedule. Hopefully I will be getting my yoga-fix here for many years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The class was great, but what really reflected the integrity and sincerity of Kamloops Hot Yoga was the genuine interest the staff showed in my well being from the time I got there to when I left. They remembered my name when I came out and were genuinely concerned with my experience. I really appreciated that I wasn't just a potential "member." They made me feel welcome and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing people who genuinely care about the well-being of their customers. I miss being able to walk into the studio and receive a big genuine welcome. I hope the support is there for the owners and staff of this amazing local small business during this difficult time of covid-19 while they adapt and offer online classes. I look forward to the day that we can all collectively gather and practice together again in the studio. Thank you for the difference you have made in my life over the past many years since my first class at the original little studio in Sahali❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have so thoroughly enjoyed the space and classes by the knowledgeable and phenomenal staff. I have taken classes with Samantha, Alexa, and Amanda, and enjoyed them immensely! I also feel safe with their covid policy and how diligent they are to check vaccine passports and ask for hand sanitization. I am looking forward to going back when restrictions allow!

Everyone at this studio is so friendly and welcoming. I never felt like just another person coming into the studio. Someone always made a point of connecting before or after practice. The amenities are very clean and nice, too. Overall I was really impressed with this studio and my experience as a whole. I'll definitely be back every time I'm in Kamloops! 10/10 recommend for a hot yoga studio!
